Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I should probably update that I have now got my delivery slot, 15 Pro Max 512 NT originally ordered day after preorders opened. However I was then told I needed to replace my order as it was going to the wrong address. My slot was then moved to back of the queue but thankfully it’s on its way.
Still waiting on the 15+ 512gb Pink.
I will be perusing for compensation however as you’re entitled to it according to ofcom automatic compensation of £5.83 for each calendar day of delay, including the missed start date.
you should all check this as if you were quoted any sort of delivery time for the phone you are now entitled to compensation. I was told the day after I put the order in I would get the phones we ordered and all calls are recorded.

It has been a nightmare of a day today.
I wasn't able to see the pin on the DPD app so I contacted CS, they did update my number. Apparently the EE store added my old number on my order, why I don't know. One of the CS lied to me and said because my number has been updated the driver could resend me the pin there and then.... LIES!!! Once the driver came... he had my old number and not my current one and he couldn't send the pin to my email. Therefore, he told me to call EE and see if they could give me a pin, he did kindly offer to come back before he leaves my road. Called EE they said the only way I can get a pin is if I change the delivery to tomorrow, which I did and I got a text straight away.
I was soo close to having my phone, but its being redelivered tomorrow.

Evening all..
Finally got my DPD notification at 4pm today. For context i’ve ordered 15PM 256GB NT, and order went through on 25th September. I’ve not received a pin from EE so assuming it’s not needed, only ID?
Been a long wait and when I done this last year for the 14PM I was stressing. This year i’ve legit forgotten about it lol… but finally it’s on it’s way. Hope the rest of you get yours soon!

So I wasn’t home, left he PIN number with my wife. Apparently they need ID from the person it’s being sent to 🤯 this is beyond a joke now! So now it’s gone again!
did anyone else have these issues?

it’s also been 34 days for me but i’ve had nothing 😞 same model too i think (sure yours was 256GB)
did your tracker show you anything? mines still blank

I ordered my 15PM 512MB on the 26th of September and I still am yet to receive the handset, or any notification that it is dispatching. I read above about compensation. How does that work? I keep receiving emails claiming the iPhone is coming soon, which infuriates me further; I want clarity from EE.

That shouldn’t have mattered really, as long as you have the PIN. It’s kinda the point of the PIN, if you give it to someone you’re the one liable for the loss or theft.
Might be worth a call to EE.

Yes mine was the 256gb , Ordered 22nd September
No nothing on my tracker at all , it was still just saying order confirmed no expected delivery dates at all until i recieved the message from dpd last night.

On day 31 heard nothing just keeps getting emails saying your order is coming soon every week but nothing from DPD ordered on 27th Sept PM Black 256GB

Wahay! You finally got your phone. Didn’t want to say anything before but Natural Titanium is lushhhh, bet you’re glad you stuck with it. Enjoy!
