Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Have just received my DPD text. Ordered 30/09 order no 0033428. Delivery tomorrow apparently 🤞🏽

Got my text earlier when I was out shopping so hopefully it’s coming tomorrow.

All is forgiven EE and I take back my bad thoughts! 😅

DPD text received with pin. Ordered 256NT on 20/09 which I changed to 512NT on 20/10. Something is moving guys 🤞👍

So same, those of u who know my original order was 15 Pro max NT 256 gb, confirmed on 19.09, decided to cancel that on 21.10 switched to Pro Max NT 512 gb, and got my DPD text today at 6 pm ..  yay😂

I decided to check my tracking this morning and lo and behold my order has been dispatched today. I haven't received DPD text or email as I decided to get an additional line in store. Apparently I won't receive text alerts, just email.  Im due to fly out tonight and won't be back until Monday. How do I get a DPD pin?  I can ask my sister to collect my phone but I don't know what to expect. I don't want to miss this order as I have been waiting since 22nd of September.

Install the DPD app - it’ll be on there at the bottom

I have - but it doesn't show anything at all. Hopefully it will update in a couple of hours.

STILL no updates from them, my contract ends this month and nothing

Make sure you have added your email to dpd app that you used when you registered with EE. In the dpd app click profile in the top left corner ( pumpkin icon currently) then click email address and add your email, you can have up to 5.

Ordered 15 pm NT 1TB on the 22nd September 

just received my text from DPD . 

Wont get it until around Wednesday next week because of my location but at least it’s on route.
