Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ask them to text you your 033 number they should have it when I done my Apple Watch Ultra on chat I asked them to provide me it and they texted it to me so be persistent with them I would

Yeah I've that already but I'll give it another shot, I'm hoping that mine should arrive soon as people who ordered on the 19th are receiving their dispatched text so fingers crossed!

I ordered on the 19th too for the black titanium I saw yesterday back in the forum so one ordered on the 20th and have got there Phone same  model ect  I’m happy for them but surly should have got somting by now get on that chat and get that number hope all goes well

I ordered 15th, confirmed 16th and got 0 updates on my tracking until about 4th October when I then got my EDD and even then it wasn't an update it was just me checking and realised it finally changed. I think it depends on who puts the order through if they tick certain boxes would be my guess or the way they do it as the updates have no correlation which the progress of your order. I received my 256GB Pro Max NT 2 days ago so it's just about waiting for that DPD notification really.

Also if you have gone for other colours apart from blue and in the 256GB variant I would think you would be at least looking at early to mid November as many others who ordered in September still have EDD of first week of November I believe.

I saw 2 people that happened to with 1TB models with EDD of 6-10th and still came in that time frame, no guarantees but see if you get a DPD notification next Monday/ Tuesday and if not then probably is a stock issue that EE have messed up.

There was 2 people this happened to with 1TB and EDD 6-10th and still came on time - hopefully they sort yours out by early next week, all I can think is there is some stock gone missing as I would expect would happen with iPhones each year as some people will help themselves! Hopefully they actually start prioritising you as it's not fair at all

i caused a HUGE problem when not only they told me that, but they sent me a text message!

I do find it depends on who you get on with each time, some could be quite new, some less motivated to be helpful, I have found if you have the time call back another once or twice just to try and get someone else from a different call centre they can be more helpful.
