Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Quick update, today my EDD which was showing 13th - 17th has now disappeared and returned to ‘awaiting confirmation’. As im on the anytime Upgrade EE has me by the nuts sadly. So will potentially be cancelling my order in a few days if no movement and keep my current 14 PM till it’s paid off next year & then taking my 3 lines to a different network. Like most of you - this has to be the worst iPhone launch for EE in my experience and one that left a bad taste in my mouth. This thread has been golden over the last couple of weeks! Good luck to those of you still waiting for your orders but I think im pretty much done with EE from this point. Have a fab Friday.

What colour and storage of the pro max did u go for mine is black titanium 256gb and last night was told as wherehouse ready to be picked from DPD not the case more lies I’ve never seen such utter incompetence by what they claim to be the best network no way are they

Time to see if I get any update at all on mine today. Fingers crossed I might get an 003 number if I'm super lucky!

I'm half expecting to never get any other updates or anything with this phone though in all seriousness. Only "thanks for your order!" No tracking numbers or anything like that, all support say is "it will be there soon".

The CS told me mine was in the warehouse, two weeks ago. Don't believe a word they say regarding stock as they don't know it seems. Just seems like a huge lack of communication from every department there. Wouldn't be surprised if half the phones have been nicked by EE employees before anyone else can order them

Wouldn’t surprise me it’s just a complete and utter shambles I’m gonna be straight on the phone when they open this is not on they shouldn’t give me the dates if they don’t intend on keeping to those. Bet they will say Apple haven’t delivered stock yet we will get it to you as soon as possible first come first serve bull 😂😂

The first come first serve is absolute lies, as people who've ordered 3 days after me have either got some form of tracking or their whole order. I tried explaining this to CS and literally I just want to know where my phone is and all they say is"do you want to do a complaint". Yes!! But I also want a response!! Not just "we looked into your complaint".

Think ee do this to make us even more angry don’t need this on top of them changing the dates to awaiting confirmation again 😡😡

That’s all they do I have one on my account so I’m gonna ring them in a bit and send them the screen shots and say do u think this right would I take that if u we’re in my shoes . Then I got a message about 550 will be added to my account non trade in well duhhh I don’t have the new one I’m not going to be without a phone absolute plonkers at ee

Like I said just a huge lack of communication in the office it seems. But at the same time whenever I've contacted them, they can see the order, so surely I have an order number that I'm not being given? I've asked them for it like three times now as I'm worried something hasn't processed with my order but who knows.
