Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I ordered my iPhone 15 pro max this day last week and still have the message of Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.  

i know people have been waiting longer but it’s ridiculous that I am still waiting for an update. When will this change?

Did you try using your email not the phone number as that works for me.. 3 weeks on a still get the error you do if I use my mobile number not my email.

So I asked executive complaints about stock as I was contemplating about swapping and this is what she said:

iPhone 15 Pro 256gb in black titanium and blue titanium also available to order and expect dispatch within 3 days

All of the iPhone 15 pro max devices are expect dispatch within 28 days or higher.

I’m gonna stick and wait it out eventhough it’s coming to 28 days, it is what it is.

Yer I'm just going to stick it out too. If I was paying already it would be a different matter but I'm not so I wait,,, and wait lol

I’ve used both mobile number and email but still get same message

iPhone 15 PM in 512GB blue is available with dispatch within 7 days. I was told by about 4 different people tonight that it will be with me within a week.

I’m getting exactly same message when I try although I only ordered on Monday and I’m brand new to EE not a upgrade waiting on pm nt 256gb

Yeah I’m the same as you being a new customer switching over from 3, when you order something so expensive as well kind of expect it to be with you faster

 got to love this from 13-17 of October to now awaiting confirmation what the heck is going on ee. Anyone else got this. This year ee you have surpassed your self what a joke of a network. Best network in the uk don’t make me laugh soon as cs open gonna chat about this
