Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just checked the tracker that I checked many times until late last night and this morning it says this..

So yes, zero change for me sadly. I'll just forget about it as probably not going to come this month at this point.

We'll let you know when your new iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB White Titanium is on its way to you. There's lots you can do in the meantime, including backing up your old device. Received this last night so I know nothing is happening and more than likely won’t be receiving anytime soon. EE have been extremely unhelpful when asking them for an estimate as well receiving stock. Haven’t even received an estimated date which is frustrating.

So an update on the chat currently the my deny anyone is getting phones earlier and still give first come serve thing bull I told them people are getting black titanium pro max phone 256gb like mine earlier then me I ordered earlier they say it’s not happing so I proved it they really hate this community page so waiting on reply update if u get expected delivery dates ignore those now that’s what’s being communicated by ee chat 😡

iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB is not in stock right now and tha's why it was not delivered it to you, we are waiting for a stock from Apple and it will get dlivered at your property with in next 7 days
They still haven't given me tracking number even asking for one and this is their reason apparently

That 7 day thing is not on! The chat staff are nuts! It says over 28 days. Sure the 28 days thing is for new orders but no way in hell it can be 7 days.. They are just plucking that number from there **bleep** lol

They told me the same til i asked them to give me the 0033 number but tbh this might not even work on the tracker because mine doesn't work either and they seem to not care on solving that.
