Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

What does your dispatch day say on the EE tracking? I noticed a little earlier that mine says 3rd October 2023 (even tough technically it should be 2nd), so I wonder if it's actually due to get picked up tonight instead and maybe DPD just had reached capacity on deliveries they could process last night 🤔

I've never been able to track via EE, they gave me an XKO and a 02 number but never gave me a 0033 and always said I'd get it when it was dispatched but still don't seem to have one for me and jut tell me to refer to my DPD trackign 1150xxxxxx

I'm hoping around 5-8pm tonight I'll get a nice update on DPD

mine too! i'm very highly annoyed as they cancelled my initial order and I had to reprocess it on the 17th too!

I got a ETA between Oct 13th and 17th Hopefully I get it on the 13th as I'm going on Holiday on the 13th evening!!

I got an ETA of between 13th and 17th October but it's marked as Dispatched and DPD have said they're expecting my parcel, I'm so confused on when it's coming lol!

Listen to DPD. When did they say they were expecting it? Did notification come through today? 

Argh, what a pain! Let's hope we start seeing movement later today, as you say 😀

I’m waiting for the complaints team to reach out to me regarding a complaint from false information they gave me last week, so when they call I’m going to say I expect a credit for the 2 months of waiting for my new phone and to waive the upfront cost. I wouldn’t have even been mad about any of it if I was given the right information from them in the beginning. It’s also bizarre to me they keep telling me it’s the time frame you were given when you placed the order, yet they have absolutely no record of what the time frame was at the time, and no records on your account of your expected delivery date, so how they know when to send people’s phones out I don’t know 😂

Probably be waiting a while. Last year they never called me back for the same thing.
