Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Latest they should be calling me back is Thursday according to their site. If I’ve heard nothing by Saturday I’ll be calling them again and asking to escalate my complaint. I completely appreciate that some of this is out of their hands, but there is no excuse for shoddy customer service and lack of updates to their customers, regardless on what’s going on.

What's the usual case for delivery if I don't pay extra for a slot, is it still next day?

Mine is showing as 'Parcel collected from sender' since 10am this morning.

I've just done the same... between 8am and 12pm 🤣

I guess you should wait not spending any cents. DPD delivers next day usually once they receive parcel.

I just went over my head as I still have yet to receive that status and unsure how many set to deliver in front of me.
