Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

People mentioned delivery charges last year so it’s a thing just no idea why.

Totally fed up with this. Ordered on 15th at 6pm. Giving order number but have never been able to track it like many others can on here. Just bring up messages saying unable to  show tracking info on this type of order! Whenever I speak to CS they just tell me it’s an OPEN SALES and they have no other info. Some have said as i ordered on 15th I should be first to get it. I’ve not received any DPD notification or any updates on it all. I’m number 31 on the list for 256gb NT PM. Anyone else similar to this? I’ve not been able to track since day 1.

My DPD tracking still says they're expecting my parcel, so I think it's pretty much guaranteed I'm not getting it today now... Unless it just shows up without warning like some of those people on launch day said happened? 😂

Whoever received the DPD text last night but no delivery slot message today please like this post so I know I’m not the only one!

I had the same message appear when using my email address instead of my phone number, today I decided to use my phone number and it worked. Have you tried both?

Exactly the same as me @Mastamilu 

Ordered 15 PM NT 256GB on 15/09 confirmation came through at 21:38. Never been able to track. Whenever I speak to CS they say it’s because it’s in Open Sale and you cannot track until it’s been dispatched. When I so many people can track when theirs is in open sale too they reply with “that’s impossible” really winding me up because I just want to see updates and estimated delivery date 😡

Are any of the other people with DPD notifications but no timeslot or movement in their tracking also based in London? Wondering if it's something to do with location, or just DPD capacity issues... 🤔

No, I am in Scotland. 

Going to assume EE sent the info to them last night and not all were collected. Assume it will be collected today and delivered tomorrow.
