Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I was told 28 days on phone when I ordered only to be told would get a dpd text on 21st. That's why I'm annoyed

I hope we all get the news we want ASAP. I can’t even track my order number. It just says “Sorry, we can’t show you your order details right now” 🙄

I had that issue to find out they put it down in a different email do u have 2 emails with ee ? Have u tried just number or both ? The order will be there as like I said had the same issue

I was told 28 days max but like I said there coming in but 500 not gonna cover 6000 lol 😂 so some of us will be waiting a few weeks I think we will misty have them done soon as there coming in every few days

For two days now, my we tracking has been giving me the error message, ‘sorry you can’t that type of order…’, anyone else have the same issue?, is it just my order number?

I called CS a few days ago but they said it’s because the delivery hasn’t launched yet and I’ll only be able to track once it’s dispatched. Didn’t want to tell them they were lying.
I’ve tried email in lower case and capital and mobile number but still not working. Also asked CS to confirm what email they hold for me which is the one I’m using

Nicest way possible there telling u wrong as I got told that and they asked me is this the correct email I said no next min I put in the different email and it worked so something your putting in or they got is wrong but I could be wrong just feel like there is so many mixed things that have bin said on here from day 1 of message and it’s sad feel for us all to be honest

Ring ee tomorrow and ask what email have u got down or tracking number and if they come back to u and give u a answer with oh it’s because of thing or because it’s not dispatched it’s wrong there is a errror somewhere that’s why u csnt get in half of them don’t know answers to stuff I believe

I've also tried my Order Number (Including the XKO) and then tried my mobile number and my email (both confirmed over the phone with EE staff) any ideas what I may be doing wrong?
Currently doing that it says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. "
