Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Like I said to others I got that over and over again and then one ee advisor actually helped me and looked into it and told me they had a different email on there ans stayed on phone till sorted just got to go through to right person tell them to go though the chat and they can see then because iv done that aswell

Ordered (upgraded) to a PM 1TB Blue bang on Friday 15th 1pm online, received my XKO email instantly so thought that was all that needed to be done.

Sunday morning received the order confirmation with my 0033 tracking number. Tracking has shown “awaiting confirmation” ever since. Think I got pushed back two days as I didn’t chase it up to be confirmed on Friday.. lesson learnt for next time.

In the last hour tracking now says “Your order is on track”.. some progress hopefully.

Can you request for it to be sent directly to an EE store or have it delivered to a DPD pick up point? That way you won’t need to take another day off work, with the possibility of disappointment if it doesn’t come

Nah, in order updates, expected delivery date is still to be confirmed.

I think someone mentioned before that you can’t track online orders starting with XKO, only orders taken over the phone starting with 003

It’s odd that I can track my order with my email address but if I use my phone number it comes up with an error exactly the same when I tried to use the XKO order number.

Also I don’t understand why some of us had to pay £7 for “Next Day Delivery” when most of us are still waiting to hear an ounce of news

got my 003 order email today says it on track to be delivered within 24rs , ordered blue titanium iPhone 15 pro max

I'm gonna chase this as got my 003 number for my 15 Pro Max 1TB and I've had no movement at all it still just says "order confirmed" some of you are saying now that yours says more than that. So I'm concerned...

Still no movement on my 15 PM 1TB NT, had a 0033 number that I could track since 10am on the 16th as this was when I was finally able to put the order through over the phone (anytime upgrade), the EE tracking page still says "Awaiting confirmation" and "Order confirmed"

Did have the order is on track text that went out last Thursday but no other emails yet.
