Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Day 40 still nothing from EE apart from the annoying returns pack emails/texts! Contacted EE myself and now getting told to cancel and re order surely I’ll be waiting even longer! I’m hoping it’s not going to be much longer getting really annoyed now. WT pro max 256gb

Hi,
I am on day 43, also a WT Pro Max 256Gb.
Contacted CS yesterday who basically said they dont know when it will turn up, but it’s currently indicating 21 days delivery. Their alternative was to cancel my order and go for the 512Gb, which has a 14 day delivery timescale. I did say what’s the point of that…I start the order process all over again for a more expensive handset, only to go back to the end of that particular queue!!
They have opened a complaint, given me £10 off my next bill and suggested contacting them again in 7 to 10 days if nothing turns up.

Yeah that’s what they keep feeding me with and suggesting I do but I said I’d be back at the end of the queue and would be waiting even longer if I done that

I appreciate it is not EEs fault and is as a result of lack of stock from Apple, but a bit more consistent customer updates would be helpful!

ordered mine on Friday, the chap said dispatch within 7 days although I’m a bit cautious on that timescale

25th of September….getting constant different delivery estimates. EE advisors over the phone tell me I should’ve had it by now, advisors over the chat are even more useless.
I was told 28 days, then 7-8, then another 28, then that I should’ve had it by now and now 21 days.

Yeah I ordered on the 27/09 and in the same position. I spoke to a very nice woman the other day from ee, and what she said was all ee can see is if the order is still processed or if a device has been picked and allocated to your order. They have nothing that shows them estimated delivery times for specific orders, all they get given is the ones on the website which she said they usually aren’t true anyway. So, it’s just a waiting game unfortunately, I was told loads of estimated delivery days, she said that whoever has been giving these out is wrong for doing so, because they physically can’t see that. So, they’re just lying. I understand it’s supply issues, but if it’s this bad they should just stop the ordering of them until they have caught up with orders it’s ridiculous.

Yep I keep being told on the chat to cancel my order and make a new one because my order seems to be stuck?? How does that make sense
