Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I was told that too, but the woman said there is no such thing as a stuck order, it just is delayed and they’re clearly too scared to tell you that. She said do not cancel your order to me because that will put you all the way back to the start again and they’re doing it through order dates, so it’s just a very frustrating waiting game. I’ve definitely learnt for next time, to just order from apple and not EE.

Lucky you! I’m starting to loose hope, I’m being told right now on the chat that my order has had no movement at all since the day I’ve ordered it, so god knows If they’ve messed something up or something else. Really close to cancelling it all completely 😅

I have no idea if it made any difference, but I formally asked them to log a complaint. Two days after that, it arrived!! Might be worth a try?

Been waiting since the 26th September white titanium pro max 256gb I was told to cancel my order by an advisor spoke to someone from the executive team and they’ve told me not to cancel as it will just put me at the bottom of the list again, holding no hope now it’s just getting frustrating I’ve raised several complaints but don’t seem to be getting anywhere just getting told to wait for the DPD text and to download the app

I did it via chat Violet. Complained that it had been 43 days since the order, that I had seen on the community that people who had ordered their handsets after me had had them delivered and that EE representatives keep saying its first come-first served…given that orders had been filled after mine, then how can it be?
So, they opened a complaint and gave me the reference number.

I’ve tried that, I’ve got a complaint open but keep getting told there’s no stock, 46 days of waiting.

Its way too long!!
I’m a bit disappointed in the colour. I had thought it would have been proper apple white, but it’s a silvery white. Looks more light grey than white. If you can get the option of a different colour quicker, I’d consider it rather than waiting out for white. I’ll try to post a pic of it beside my laptop for colour comparison.
