Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered my 15 pro Max NT 512gb on the 20/10 with delivery within 7 days still no confirmation on EE tracking….

I will advise be patient, don’t cancel your order for any stock shows online, or if Ee will tell we have such & such phone colour in stock.  I believe before November or early November you will receive your phone.

I canceled my order from 3rd October just because the website says delivery within 7 days ….

Sorry for not updating sooner, but I FINALLY got my text on Tuesday! I ordered a White PM 256gb on the 15th September, confirmed on the 19th September. Should be arriving today (I upgraded delivery otherwise it would have arrived yesterday when I wasn’t in).

Also to add, I had expected delivery from the 30th Oct - 3rd Nov

I ordered on 7th October and it said at that point up to 28 days, the £30 upfront fee was taken fine and I got an email but no order number or any other details, I've not heard anything since then.

I've seen a few posts for people with the same phone being advised 21 days for that device, is there any way of getting an update, calling customer service was no use whatsoever

15 pro max NT 1TB - ordered 15th Sep, confirmed 19th Sep, arrived!

I asked the DPD man if he had many today and he said no, only a couple.

Has anyone taken delivery of the 512 NT models over the last week?

The website still says 'within 7 days' but 7 days have been and gone for me.

When I try and track it now it comes back with an error..
