Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Same. Cancelled 256NT order and placed new one for 512NT on 20/10 and no dates confirm so far. Tomorrow is going to be a week and on Tuesday 7 working days which is what they say it will take when ordering online today.

I place my orders early, 2 days after release and with all the crap since then with failed deliveries and orders being replaced I have only now had a confirmation email.. but still awaiting delivery date! Click the check updates and all I get is an error and wanting to put me in a queue ! Mind blown!!

Just spoke to CS and this is what they told me

Yes, you are correct and I have just checked and found that the handset is out of stock at the moment and it will be available after 7 days, so the delivery for iPhone 15 pro max 512Gb Natural Titanium will start after 7 days.

im really tired of all this lies now

41 days after ordering it, I was so close to giving up, especially with the lack of White models going out.

Hang on in there, hopefully it won't be too much longer for everyone else!

    And you have placed the order on 15th October, so probably it will reach you by next week for sure.

  • But this is short from Apple itself..And are limited in stock
  • Do you know why the website says within 7 days? (ME)
  • It must be ready to dispatch within 7 days, and was that for pro max series..

  • It depends on the location and area as well, Gareth...May be in your area the supply is limited, thats why when you order and enter your address, the date may get changed..
  • But the maximum time is for 3 weeks as of now

There is a hope for me than as I have done exactly the same last Friday. Maybe is also dependent on where you based. Let’s keep fingers crossed 🤞
