iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

That’s good, I pre ordered on the 19th or 20th I think, I’m on day 33/34.

I ordered pro max NT 256GB

if it doesn’t get dispatched by 30/31 I think I will cancel order and stick with pro max 14

I ordered on 18th and still waiting. 5 weeks today, waiting on same model as you.

It's been a long wait for sure, the only thing putting me off cancelling is the fact that the line rental on my upgrade is cheaper than what I currently pay.

Yes I think it’s £10 cheaper the contract, although I know it’ll go up next year.

I was thinking of buying phone out right next year and doing pay as you go but will probably stick with new upgrade and do that in 2025.

although I get the urge to upgrade year so maybe not

Finally some decent movement.

My tracking status has moved to ‘Dispatch within 24 hours’.

Still no DPD tracking yet, hopefully it comes soon!

Ordered: Sunday 17th at 9 am

iPhone 15 PM NT 256GB

Confirmed at 9am

Don't forget to install iOS 17.1, coming out tomorrow when you get it, improvements all around

If I get it tomorrow 😂🤞🏾

A friend of mine finally had his delivery this morning iPhone pro however not the max. Turns out he’s been sent an Empty bot.. no phone 😳. Customer services denying this could be the case and unwilling to help him apparently

Battery life and performance is _much_ better!

EE customer service should be able to raise a case with DPD (if it came from them) who will have the weights of the item as it passed through their network.

Might be an idea for them to take pictures of the box if it’s damaged and raise it as a complaint.

At the very least, in the first instance. the network should block the handset/IMEI from being used!
