Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

iPhone 15 Pro Max NT and black 512Gb now showing dispatched within 7 days.. the other colours showing as 28days.. 

the plus models are all over the shop so sounds like some will be fulfilled this week

So fingers crossed tomorrow we finally get that text from DPD saying they have our phone and Tuesday it finally being in our hands!

My returns back arrived, and I got another text this evening saying if I’ve received it to factory reset my phone etc and send back.

So surely sometime this week new phone will be shipped. 

it says 2nd November a £595 charge will be added if they don’t have old phone.

I received a text and email today too saying if it’s not returned by the 4th I’ll have a charge added onto my bill. Coincidentally it’s come through 28 days after I placed my order (where I was told max. 28 days for it to arrive lol) so I think it’s an automated one. But here’s to hoping we *finally* get our phones any day now!

After 7 days they update myee, is the same msg the just word it different 😫😳😡 if they say delivery day Tuesday, l will book day off 🤣

What model and colour did you order and when? Just trying to gauge whether I will receive mine next week… I’m on day 35 😩

Finally some movement on my order tracker. Now moved along to dispatch within 24 hours.
