Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I just really want my iPhone 15 PM in NT 256G now. It's been too long, and I haven't even waited as long as other people have so I can only imagine how you're all feeling, my order no starts with 3340, ordered on 29th September and confirmed on the same day too. Estimated delivery is 30 Oct - 3 Nov but I honestly think it'll be around the 15th Nov when I'll receive my order, judging by other people's orders and expected delivery dates. I'm in 2 minds to cancel my upgrade all together.

Just spoke to CS on phone in Swansea and he said people with same spec have started receiving theirs so I’ve decided to stick with mine. Yeah your number is quite far behind mine, as mines 3314 and my estimation is the same but I’m thinking next week I’ll get it hopefully. Shouldn’t have to wait 40 days but it is what it is. If you wanna wait less then get the 512gb it’s dispatched within 7 days.

Day 30 of waiting for my 256GB NT PM so called CS for an update. The guy I spoke to said that if he was to place an order for one today, it’s a 14 day wait so mine should be dispatch any day now. He didn’t try sell me anything or push me into reordering it with him so sounds like they’re expecting a decent sized delivery of NT 256’s in soon.

It did sound like I’m the 3758284th person to ask him about delivery dates though so he might have just said that to get me off the phone 😂

I really wish EE would stop sending me promo crap texts when I'm waiting on a phone... a month long wait so far.. I was like yay finally! but nope

They’re just trying to reignite the excitement we all had for our new shiny phones, but then set us up for disappointment. I just get the weekly ‘your phone is coming I promise, you just can’t have it yet’ emails.

Just looked at the Giff Gaff site, they have a few in stock - ordered and paid in full on thr £10 rolling plan - I should have the phone monday or tuesday - now to cancel the EE order

they got us very well. I hate when you call them and the voice msg says ee we are best phone service bla bla bla 🤣😁
