Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered Pro max 512gb Blue at 9.45 this morning and now with DPD for delivery on Monday, maybe earlier but not sure if they deliver weekends.

I wonder just how many customers EE are losing as a result of this fiasco - asking people to wait for over a month and then some is unacceptable. I get that it’s not all EE’s fault but I’m thinking about the lack of communication; the customer service team having mixed messages; and leaving us all in the dark as to what’s happening with our orders and I’m wondering what’s going to happen if these iPhones were to be delayed further. I certainly don’t envy the customer service staff.
I know that I am absolutely fed up with the whole thing now - and my patience is wearing thin.

I ordered 20/09 a 15 Pro Max White titanium 256gb. Told I’d receive within 28 days.
today marks day 30, still no phone. Rang up and told it was just a guide and it’s roughly a 6 week wait from point of order, so he reckons I should probably have in the next two weeks or so.
anyone else ordered same phone around same time received theirs yet?

I ordered the same on the 22/09 , when i rang the other day for an update , he advised it could be another 28 day wait and they cant guess when they will come in.
Poor communication. Its not good !

I contacted EE customer services today, and they have told me that even with me ordering on the 29th September and even explained the whole fiasco in this community too and told them about people waiting from pre ordering the phone way before me, he told me that I should receive my phone by 27th if not 30th October. He said apparently something about a batch of 256GB NT models coming in, in there thousands. So maybe this has shed some light on the situation with all of you waiting?
Again though, this could just be a customer service agent saying this just to get me off the phone, but yeah hopefully over the next 7-14 days everyone who has ordered the 256GB NT model, should be receiving something. Believe me, if I haven't heard anything by 3rd November latest (14 days from now) I am going to make a complaint, and quote the time I called and name of the CS agent! I'll keep you all updated 😊

Yeah im absolutely fuming, called cs today and he said it looks like my expected date has changed and cant give me any update on delivery nor do anything regarding price. I had the same edd as you and confirmed 17/09 @ 9am!

I ordered PM NT 256GB 20/09 and I’ve been getting texts about how I need to send my device back, needs to be with EE by 02/11
so I would believe they must be sending Pro max 256GB natural titanium anytime now. I think my returns pack arrives today

Sadly the two things do not link. The returns are done by third party, however I hope many 15 Pro Max NT units come in next week as it sure does look like it.
