Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

If you get mine before I do I will legit need to kill someone at EE lol.. Be interesting to see now if I do indeed get mine before you. I was told they have no stock and when you order a phone they order from Apple so yer we really have no clue do we.

It says on apple website 11-18th November for the 256gb and  512gb NT so I might leave it actually. Don’t need this stress. Especially if they ‘order it in’ as apple would prioritise their orders.

Rang CS for an update after my date changing from 20-24 oct. To awaiting confirmation. He has told me to keep an eye on DpD app as it should be here any day now. Believe it when I see it.

I’ve literally just looked at the NT  in 512 on the website as I was debating whether or not to swap to higher gig. And it says dispatch within 7 days

Yeah that’s what i mentioned before about swapping to that spec, but don’t want to swap to then wait longer than 7 days for it. At this rate it’s probably best option instead of waiting for the 256gb, probably got more chance of winning lottery than receiving that in next 2 weeks.

is very true what your saying. I decided to wait, after waiting thirty days. I call them yesterday and they said 28 days to November,  as they realised 28 days gone. I never knew about November confused 🫤 so will wait

If that’s the case they should give tracking number, unless they say to make you feel better or end the call. I ordered Apple Watch utra2 yesterday morning, and when l rang them about 7pm and asked for tracking number, l was given the long no for DPD, and l

search the parcel 📦 was with them and they delivered today, l have my watch, and my ee is not updated, no Apple Watch ordered nothing.
and still waiting for my iphone 15 pro max 1TB Black
