Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Feels like they’re catching up with the 512 orders in NT.
When I ordered Sunday just gone it was at 21 days and changed on Monday to 14 days.
Hopefully I’ll get something next week if that’s the case.

I'm thinking of doing the same thing I'm currently at 29 days and still waiting for the 256gb. Worried if I change it might take ages to come though aswell 🙈

Same here, kind of left it too late but it maybe worth the risk. Maybe if I express how I feel I might get some more discount on it🤷🏽♂️

You think that’s for people who have ordered it or for new orders aswell? I’ve requested confirmation if it’s true and if so I’m going to change. They said the stock list changes everyday so can’t tell me how long I have to wait from when I ordered mine but it’s still over 28 days from now.

Technically they should be working through the orders in order of receipt, you’d hope that it applies to open orders but EE haven’t been the most consistent this year!

I just changed my 256 NT order to 512NT. I have waited since 21st of September for 256 and had enough. Been told it will be delivered within 7 days. Let’s see

Wayyy go on, did they offer discount too? Think it’s most reasonable option so I’m going to do mine.

I’ve just called EE after seeing the 512 PM NT is now within 7 days and I ordered 25 Sept and still haven’t heard a thing.
Apparently my order is showing open which means it hasn’t been processed by the delivery team but it seems bizarre to me they can say delivery in 7 days for new orders when there are so many outstanding from September!
It’s almost like some of early orders have got stuck in the system and aren’t moving to the next phase.
The rep I’ve spoken to said they’re getting the delivery team to investigate and they will email me directly within 72 hours - we shall see….

Well for one it shows they’re getting stock in which looks like certain models and not all but yeah they should fulfill older orders first instead of new ones because it’s truly unfair, especially people like me who have been waiting since preorder day. But I’m tired of all of this nonsense and just want my phone, so if it means changing specs then so be it. But I want confirmation from them before doing so as if I have to wait any longer I’ll lose my sh**.

I really hope we get them soon. The lady said on the phone if a new customer was ordering at that time they would say what it says online at that time of within 14 days and so it goes without saying I should be sooner then that now and any new orders for that phone join a list I'm already on so will see. At this point it can't be much longer! surly lol
