iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’m starting to slowly give up now. My order number is 3320 and heard nothing since I ordered it on the 21st.

Same order date as you and I'm 0033200... I'd be happy if I at least got one text saying something about my order but just get stupid weekly email saying on track ill have it soon!

The order I made on Monday (16th October) for 15 PM black titanium 512GB, I was told it’d take 14 days to be delivered. But got my DPD text and PIN yesterday two days later and am currently glued to the window to watch out for them with my phone. Due to be here within an hour., I’m so excited!!

I did debate about getting the blue one after seeing so many people getting theirs next day when they changed to the blue 512 ones. However the colour is not that nice to me personally as seen it in the store, other three colours are gorgeous. Always wanted the black one though, originally ordered the 256GB model but after a mess about by EE and my original order being cancelled without my permission, had to order another one in store last week and still not heard  anything about that one. So just jumped for the 512GB model and it’s coming today three days later. Gonna cancel the instore order once I get the phone in my hands so I can get the £25 deposit back ☺️

My order is 003317, for the same phone NT PM 256, so a little before you. I have had a text each Thursday to say it is coming soon with an expected delivery of 30th october-3rd November. so hopefully we are all not all far off now.

For context we had two sim only deals with EE to use in existing 13 Pro Max, we moved and took a new broadband out with them for the new house (address updated) and since have taken out two iPhone 15 contracts.

Been on the phone with EE CS yesterday as i have had no emails or updates on my order. 
Placed an order for 15 Plus Pink 512GB &  15 Pro Max Natural Titanium 512 at the same time. Both on the iPhone max plan at over £100 a month with 30% off but felt that was the best deal seeing as you get apple one, insurance and apple care included. Plus you get free European travel usage included.. So when you factor those things in that we already pay for its a no brainer. Subjective of course.. 

However they have tried to deliver both phones last week.. but no communication.  I probed a little further and have been told that they tried to deliver to number 25 and 1.. when we live at 16. Turns out when they tried to deliver to number 1 it was at my old address.. SIGH HOW DID THEY GET IT SO WRONG!! They have now had to cancel the orders and redo them with the again updated address now being told next day for 15 Plus and 14 Days for Pro Max..

No gesture of good will  for the error or delays.. yet im now already switched to the new sim plan on both numbers. 

Really getting frustrated.. Saving grace being the people they tried to deliver to didn't take them in. 

Has anyone heard that some phones being delivered are DOA and some also Missing?

Mine is the 512gb but same expected date. To be fair they got my number wrong at the start so I put that down to no texts but updated them over a week ago and still never had any texts and checked with them yesterday and they for sure have the correct number down for dispatch info.  I hope we do.. My birthday today and this was my gift to myself lol

Given the amount of people waiting now a month or over for 15 Pro Max in NT I would say you have a long long wait for that one but the normal 15 will come fast. as for the mess up they should of given a little goodwill as did for me without asking once for delivery problem but you never know. I got nothing for mess up this time and I did ask and others did and got loads off next bill so very random.

lol it crossed my mind too as I’ve been waiting 4 weeks too but knowing my luck something would go wrong and I would end up waiting longer again!
