Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Thought I’d chuck this on here purely for context so others can gauge delivery times etc. as well as the communications I’ve been having. 

Ordered the 15 PM Blue Titanium 256 yesterday (18 Oct) at 10:00.

By 13:00 I’d had a text from someone at EE saying they will be providing me with updates about my upgrade order - never had this before but it’s a nice touch. 

19:20 a text from DPD saying they’re expecting my parcel. Checked EE’s online order tracker and this still just said ‘order confirmed’. 

At 20:00 I had an update text from the same number at EE saying my phone was with DPD.

Text this morning (19 Oct) from DPD saying they will be delivering early this afternoon. EE’s online tracker now says dispatched.

Im in a really similar situation.. ordered on 15th didnt get to confirm until 17th …still no news. I will defo be cancelling it.. a joke

Anyone else tempted to order the 15 pro max NT in 512gb as the wait time on that is up to 14 days 😂 been waiting 4 weeks for the 256gb 🙃

I ordered last Sunday.

At the time was quoted up to 21 days but the website said 14 the following day. 

Nothing from DPD yet.

Orders on Tuesday phone arrived on Wednesday. No problems. Quite happy and so fast.

Just gave up order on the 22nd NT 512 change it for BT hoping to get it tomorrow. It seems that everyone on earth gonna have natural titanium at least let me have something different 😂

Let me know how it goes. I ordered the same as you and was told they had over 400 in stock yesterday but was for people that ordered before me and so I'm stuck waiting and at this late late point I'm thinking of just going blue too but it'a nuts it's taken this long and nothing. What was you order number as mine is: 0033200
