iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Does anybody know, if I give my partner my pin could they collect the phone for me? I might be at work when it arrives that's all.

My partner gave me his pin and I accepted the parcel when his arrived. So long as you have the pin they let allow it.

So I have a DPD Tracking number and EE are delivering my iPhone 15 Pro Max Blue Titanium today.

I only ordered on 1st October and the EE status tracking hasn’t even been updated so according to EE my order is on track with no delivery date yet it’s arriving today from DPD. lol

I’ve ordered my NT PM 256 GB on 30th September. They send me text ‘ Good news, your order is coming soon’ on 14th October. But of course nothing happened. According to these comments, I ll wait another two weeks.

That happened to me last night, got the DPD notification but my tracking wasn't updated. Checked just now and it's finally saying dispatched. I reckon it's just a time delay but glad your phone's arriving today. Seems the Blue's are shipping this week as that's what I went for too.

Happy days for us. Took me just over two weeks was quoted a month good going from EE. Some have ordered before me and are waiting I wonder if this is due to tye location of where some people are at I mean they may have a few distribution centres in UK North / South etc that get stock at different times as it’s somewhat random who’s getting theirs.

of course colour and storage size will also make a difference.

my phone has been going crazy being sent texts them removing add ons  and spend caps etc all to update to the new plan.

they added a Xbox game bundle I’m not sure what this is or how this is different to Xbox game pass ultimate that I have?

Feel I need to add to this massive **bleep** up

i ordered my iPhone 15 pro max on 16th September. I was told I would receive it on release day if not latest would be 2 days later. I wait 2 weeks to then be told the don’t know when I’ll get it. I rang back a month later they said it should be 28 days. It’s now been 34 days and I still have had no correspondence, awful customer service. If I don’t have my phone by this coming wkd 20/10/23 I’m cancelling my order and I’m leaving EE. Absolutely bloody joke.

I downgraded to the normal 15, and my phone is here within less than 24 hours, it's just the Pro Max's in certain size and colours EE seem to be having issue with.

Well, DPD dropped the ball with me; they. 'couldn't find your address' despite the driver delivering my Apple watch on Tuesday. It was the exact same driver, I double-checked.
