iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I have also just called to get an update on my 15PM NT 256GB (ordered 21/09), as I only have an XKO reference which doesn’t track. They have advised me it would be 28 days from now as it is on back order.  When I questioned this poor timescale they then backtracked and said 28 days from when the order was placed, meaning due any day now. Who knows which one is the truth but hopefully for all our sakes the latter?? 🤞🏽

I also asked if they could provide me with a 0033 type tracking number and they said simply said no. 😩

Oh that’s awful so you can’t even track it?! This whole thing has been a nightmare for customers and I imagine a headache for EE but if they were honest and sent out correct information it would at least let customers decide what they wanted to do ie wait for their order or try somewhere else!

Hi all,

So when I ordered on the 29/09, when speaking to the advisor he was very open and honest with me, he said it could take up to 28 days however it may exceed that due to demand.

I am not even expecting my phone until November 😂 So I honestly would expect a 4-6 week wait at least for your orders, to save the disappointment... Ngl, I've never had issues with EE and ordering new phones until this year, but it is what it is! Hope it comes sooner rather than later, however expecting it later rather than sooner! ✌🏼

We've ordered the same, I ordered a day before you, I'll post here once I get my text which hopefully means you should get yours! 28 days for me would be sometime next week so here's hoping.

Could be. As my mum also ordered the 15 Pro Max before me on the 17th Natural Titanium. However. She’s still waiting and her estimated delivery time is 30th October- 3rd November 🫣

Yer they slipped up. They all have clearly been told to advise 28 days from purchase and each time I have contact them that's what they said (apart from when the order was made) Though it''s all stupid because in 28 days from whenever you did order one if they don't have stock in they can't send you one so yer as someone else said we need to all think November time. I was ordered and on system 21st of September and my window has not changed from October 30th to November 4th.

I ordered the 15 pro max in NT on 15th September and my expected delivery date is 20-24th October, I’ve given up calling customer services now as every person you speak to tells you something different 🙈

If I don't hear anything next week in going to expect November time. Just wish the stupid website order gave me some way to track it!
