iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

How are people finding out their EDD? Mines said awaiting confirmation from the moment the order went live.

I've not even got tracking for my order, so I'm just reading everyone elses expected delivery date trying to figure mine out

Hi all,, just wanted to update you. Spoke to EE yesterday (waited till my phone arrived before making the call). Escalated my complaint of miss-selling based on 2 main factors, delivery advised launch day which failed, delivery will arrive in 28 days which failed (by 1 day). After lots of push backs and them wanting to call me back so they could listen to interim calls whereby like most of you I was given more incorrect information - they finally agreed to waiver 1 month line rental. I have 3 lines, my iPhone being the biggest so will be a credit for half my normal monthly bill applied this month. I think what helped my case was I raised the complaint on the day of release for miss-selling and refused to let them close that specific one. As I was 4 weeks into my unresolved complaint EE only had another 4 weeks to resolve before i could escalate to the Ombudsman, so in this instance i reckon it forced their hand. Long enduring process to say the less. And one i wont be doing next year. I hope those of you still waiting your devices they arrive soon. The iPhone 15 Pro Max NT is stunning. Its just a shame the excitement for it was marred with EE complete incompetence, arrogance and inability to simply be honest and transparent. Still now i have it I can finally begin to enjoy. I ordered on last last Saturday and also said back order confirmation, but the received the phone on Tuesday ( 3 days only ) blue titanium 512GB too

Thank you the information, find it useful. I am still waiting, called ee this morning, and l was told if the phone is not delivered at end of this month to give them a ring.

l ordered iPhone 15 pro max black 1TB.

Glad you managed to get it sorted.  

Interestingly they were trying to strong arm me into accepting £30 credit on Friday and were refusing to leave the complaint open telling me that it was £30 or a deadlock letter.  It wasn’t till I got a team leader on the phone that a call back was arranged for this week so they could listen to Fridays call.  

Obviously mine wasn’t ordered until the phone had been released and waiting wasn’t the issue in my case but I don’t expect stories and blatant lies.  Will be interesting to see what Tuesday brings.  On the plus side my phone is out for delivery and should be here by 3:30pm
