iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Stick to your guns! I hope come Tuesday they see sense and you get the resolution you deserve. Good ;luck. And hopefully your phone will come earlier. Give you time to set it up and enjoy it!

My Ultra Watch 2 was sent out the day after the notification. This is EE saying there is a parcel to collect. Arrived next day. 2 days from the message.

The funniest thing was when one of the guys from CS tried to sell me an apple watch while I was complaining about my phone being delayed 💀💀

They’ve done the same to me 🤣

ordered 26th sept for a pro max titanium and he said 28+ days for dispatch. Whilst on the phone for the millionth time he said it SHOULD be here by the 25th of October and he’s calling be back a few days after to discuss watch offers 🤣

Frrr. I was literally saying how I pre ordered on the 16th and my 28 days of waiting have passed and he was like "You know we have apple watches right? I can get you the ultra" lmaooo. These people are unbelievable. Like I'm going to order anything with them after this experience.

Yeah after this I'm paying the whole phone off when my contract ends and then I'm keeping the phone until I can't use it anymore then going with someone else. Currently on a 6s at the moment so fingers crossed this one lasts me just as long! I rang them up yesterday to discuss it (ordered 20/9) and they said it can take up to 28 days from ordering, I then told them that chat had said I might have to wait longer than that due to back order however they assured me it would arrive before the end of October, but I really don't see how that's possible

Noticing all the comments and feedback users have been making here, I have modified the spreadsheet for the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max pre-order schedule coming in 2024.

The sheets will be easier to use, and you can easily modify your submission once you receive your DPD notification. iPhone Pro has been added to the community tracking sheet, although I suspect iPhone Pro orders won't require as much attention as the Pro Max will, based on previous years experience. (note: next years colour and size options will be updated once they are announced. For now current colour and size options are used as placeholders)

Users will now be required to log into google when submitting to the sheet, simply to restrict form submissions to once per user. This also works together with being able to edit your submission to update your DPD notification answer from "No" to "Yes" once you receive it.

You can preview next years sheet HERE, however do note that all data currently displayed in the sheet is generated for testing and display purposes only. (note: all data will be reset before pre-orders start in 2024)

With regards to the 2023 iPhone 15 spreadsheet, I will continue to maintain the sheet until November 1st. At which time form submissions will be disabled and users will be required to update their own delivery information from "No" to "Yes" on the 'Form Submissions 1' sheet. (note: users are already able to update this value)
