iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Well apparently they didn't even start making the PMs until about two months before release

The issue with EE is the misleading information given and the bugs on orders that went through but can't even be tracked. If EE would've been straightforward from the get go and not be sending devices randomly instead of first come, first served basis; I doubt anyone would be complaining

Every time I've contacted them I've been told "first come first serve" but then my brother ordered the same phone as me off here and got it within a week, meanwhile I've been waiting three weeks and he ordered after me!

Yer that's a lie. I was told my phone and sim card were in ready for dispatch... That was over a week ago. They probably just did not want to do a re order

What's wrong with this? Foxconn can make a significant number of units every day.

Yeah man. I was told the same but yesterday I said to one of the guys from CS and he was like "uhm yeah maybe you're right, maybe it's random" lol.

Feel like I'm in a padded room just writing "256PM NT" on the walls.

There probably is some uniform to how they're sending them out but then others might be just be getting theres. I'd much rather have them ring me and say "Hey, the colour you want isn't available but we have the blue in stock and can send it tomorrow if you'd like" or something along those lines.
