Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Not to diminish this thread but i made a separate only for people that have ordered the White Titanium as it's a bit confusing to follow up all the other orders from here.
Free for anyone to talk about it.

Just for your info if you order now on any iPhone pro max stock is said to arrive:
STOCK DELAYS. DUE 22.11.23
I would hope those that have ordered well before that date should get theirs a lot sooner but we will see.

Tesco Mobile have NT 512gb handsets in stock for next day delivery - it’s absolutely crackers that EE have none!
My order still shows nothing on tracking at all and CS won’t give me even a rough estimate like some people have. I just got told that if the 28 days passes then to call again and they will chase it 🤦🏼♀️

I rang yesterday to see if I could change to a blue PM to get it sooner and the customer service guy told me I can’t as it’s been picked in the warehouse and I’d get it soon, but I’ve still not received any texts or even my 0033, were they having me on?

To be honest the issue isn’t EE and the issue isn’t EE don’t have enough stock compared to x company. They are the most popular mobile phone provider as such they have gone through their stock quicker as they have more orders to fill.
Fault is with Apple not providing enough stock but wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a tactic to ensure the demand train is spread out over a longer period so it shows shareholders just how in demand it is.
