iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think if you want to get the 033 number sooner/immediately rather than later, it needs to be an order over the phone rather than online. I’ve personally noticed this.

Bit annoying really, seems like they're prioritising phone orders instead of online, but I ordered mine when I was at work and I can't be on a phone call for god knows how long during that time.

I just find it disgusting that they're not fulfilling orders from people who pre-ordered. I've yet to receive my returns pack either, plus the upgrade fee of £300 wasn't added to my bill. I'll probably see it next month instead.

I have no idea at this point. I’ve seen someone on the spreadsheet Indicate they’ve gotten their phone (same PM NT 1B) sooner than me with mine being 0333 and theirs being 0335, I hope they’re trolling 🤣 but there might also be a good reason for it too

I mean to be fair I missed the preorder date and ordered on the 20th, but even then, an almost three week wait is insane. The only actual text I've had off EE is "Hi from EE. A new document for your iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium device agreement is now available to view in My EE, please log in to view it." And I can't even see anything in the app, and I also got "Hi from EE. We just want to let you know that everything is on track with your order for your iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it should be delivered in the timeframe you were given when you placed your order. We are working hard to get your iPhone 15 Pro Max to you as soon as possible, and there is no need to call us to get an update on its progress. We will be in touch with further updates before we despatch your phone.

 

I received the last one on the 21st of September, I've heard absolutely nothing since then.

Just received an email saying 

Hi, your order is on track.

Great news! Your new iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Black Titanium is coming soon and your order will be with you shortly.

Your expected delivery date is: 20th - 24th Oct 2023

Please Note: Delivery dates are an estimate. If anything changes, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
