Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Well they've just given me an 02 number instead now so who knows. Feel like pulling my hair out.

I just got a tracking text and got excited but it's coop with my food... EE has given me PTSD lmao. I'm going to have to claim money to pay for counselling after this lmao.

They make  it up as they go along I think I’ve been told the dates I was givin are wrong and expect in 28 day when I told him i preordered and the order number givin said yes expect by this Tuesday max for the dates so I asked why is it awaiting confirmation again he said system error all lies but of billy bull come ee sort it out

l know, l stop contacting them, l have been live chat and on the phone many times,  l realised nobody have a clue or they lie to me or don’t care…
I am waiting for 28 days, and hopefully will receive my phone.

This is how I feel! I know I've already said it but I'm the 6s at the moment, my phone is literally falling apart so I NEED this upgrade ASAP 😭
