iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

So, on a whim I went to see if I could speak to someone at EE. There centres are closed until 3.15pm today for some bizarre reason.

So, here’s my story. I initially ordered the 256gb Pro Max BT and I was quoted a delivery date beyond 28 days, having gone on holiday for a week and come back, I decided to cancel my initial order and go for the 512gb BT instead. I called yesterday to cancel the order and called back in the evening to order the new one, I’ve just had my DPD notification saying that they have my parcel. The turn around is insane and I’m glad I opted for the 512gb after.

Would be nice to see some phones go out tonight, including my own but I won't hold my breath.

3 and a half weeks later and its arrived!

Update:

After receiving 3 text messages telling me my phone is in the warehouse, and after calling EE and speaking to them for over an hour, it turned out that these idiots on the webchat are just lying to the consumers to their face. I am absolutely livid!!!

Does that mean you’re still getting your phone soon or that on chat they were lying regarding the position of your phone?

Same! At this stage, even with my EDD on EE saying delivery between 13th - 17th, I have no confidence I’ll get the device i pre-ordered on the 16th Sept at this time!
