Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just received my DPD message with pin. They are expecting my parcel.

So frustrating that I ordered at 2 mins before official opening and got confirmation 2 mins later but my order number is 033144 - I don't see what has gone wrong here.

System crash at launch of pre-orders. EE had to manually add order later that day & the following day. This meant for some who ordered on pre-order day didn’t get their order confirmed till 24-48 hours later putting them further back in the queue. Hence your order ref being 0033144! I ordered on Saturday morning 8:30am - day after pre-order opened. My order ref is 003300! Delivery scheduled end of this week. It’s a madness that some who got in early lost out through no fault of their own. But there isn’t anything EE could do about to prioritise those orders sadly.

Same!!! I received my DPD notification this morning, changed order from NT PM 256 to BT 516 on 7th
