I rang three times, first and second time they said we can see your order. I asked them why l can’t see on my ee? The answer was “definitely your order is on your account. The third time l was told the same thing, and the lady asked me if l have home Broadband.. l said yes, she said let me check your account and she said l can give you an offer but l will have to cancel the previous order.. l agreed, she’s send paper work to sign via text msg link . Then l received the email with the tracking order number… l checked my ee, l saw she updated my ee and since then l can track my order…
