Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I just spoke to EE now, they are completely taking the mickey!!

I spoke on webchat and they told me that my order will be delivered very soon, when i pressed them on dates, they couldn't answer me. So I called 150, they told me that that is incorrect. They told me that they have NT in stock and if I cancel my order and order it I will get it tomorrow. When they transferred me to sales, they told me that's incorrect! I was told when I ordered that they guarantee within 28 days and now they are telling me we cannot guarantee it!!

I have also been given an xko reference number, on live chat they have given me an 0257 number but neither of them let me track.

This has been the common issue with EE for this year iPhone release. Best bet, place an order. Get your order confirmation. Sit back and wait patiently. It will come eventually just a waiting game sadly.

Yup. Sounds about right: that’s what we’ve experienced since day one. Waiting is one thing, being lied to or being told loads of wrong information due to them being unorganised is just taking the **bleep**

Following on from my previous comment about going on holiday shortly after EDD window. Now been told there is a 'team' that change the delivery address.

Can pretty much guarantee what the next guy says if I ever need to ask to be put through to that team. Hopefully it will not come to that.

So my delivery window of 9th to the 13th Oct that was there for about a week has changed back to awaiting confirmation, really EE, this is taking the **** if you delay this much further. 

1TB PM NT, 16th at 10am order.

Just got my DPD notification saying my blue 526Gb version pro max is coming tomorrow!  Ordered Saturday after cancelling the 256gb version I was going to have only ended up paying an extra £5 a month so was happy to do so
