Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Apple haven’t ’run out of stock’. Apple are constraining the stock to increase the current and next quarter fiscal results and to create demand! Tired, tested and proven method I mentioned last week on here!

First mine said Your pre order is confirmed 23 September, then Your order is on track 30th September,  on the 7th October Good news your order is coming soon 🙇🏽‍♀️ on the heading it says Expected delivery date: Awaiting confirmation 🤔

I was in the same situation and l call ee after two days, l was given option to cancel and reorder, then l received the 0033 number straight away. I suggest you call them

Any evidence that the EE provisional delivery window ever changes. I know that people have received their phones before the start date of their window, just wondered for those with windows further away (mine 30th Oct - 3rd Nov) if that window ever changes, either closer or even further away. I suppose the other question we cant answer is if people are still waiting after their delivery winow has passed.

I have spoken to EE this morning and discussed my upgrade
I have ordered PM 256 WT
My date is showing expected 13-17th of October
I ordered on the 15th but didn’t go through
So reconfirmed on 16th at 9.30
My phone is now showing to be delivered apparently on the 16th
Let’s see what happens order ends in 081

Mine is 20th - 24th Oct, still haven’t changed since it first appeared last week on my tracking. However I’ve seen that people have received their phones early, way before their estimated delivery dates and it hasn’t updated until they actually got the phone. So fingers crossed ours comes before our estimated delivery dates. I’m getting really impatient now, been calling EE almost everyday just to see if they got any inside info but still no avail lol. I ordered on 20th September so the estimate is actually more than 28 days from order date, frustrating lol.

Yes, mine was changed twice.

First, it said under "expected delivery date" awaiting confirmation.

Then it changed to October 6th - October 10th.

Then it changed back to awaiting confirmation,

I then messaged them. They denied it ever said October 6th - October 10th. (I never screenshot it)

So if yours ever changes take a screenshot of it as evidence.

Started my order on the 15th and finished it on the 16th 9 am.

They’ve got the blue PM 1tb sitting if you want your phone earlier, says dispatched within 3 days and all the rest say over 28 days.
