Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Looks like GiffGaff over delivered! Was told my phone was coming on Monday but its out for delivery within the next 15 mins! I’ve never woken up to a notification so happy 😂

Hello just wondering if I could stack discounts as when I ordered my upgrade to the iPhone 15 pm I got 30% off Airtime as I am also a BT customer, can I use my student discount too or are they not stackable?

Exact same model as me but I ordered on 16th with it finally approved on 17th. I still haven't heard anything. my order number is 03311 so a bit before yours.
They really don’t appear to be coming in order.

Is anyone else still waiting for an 256GB Pro Max in Black Titanium in the range of 0033110 and below?
I don’t think that spreadsheet is accurate anymore going by quite a few people saying they’ve had orders after then and a few people definitely not updating it before then.

I’ve been watching this thread over the last week or so as well as going back and forth with EE via Twitter DM.
I ordered my phone on the morning of the 25th and received an email straight away confirming the order BUT no order ref was on this.
I finally got confirmation via CS on Twitter that the order had been placed and they gave me an XKO number and an internal number starting 02. However when I go to track this in my account it displays nothing. Should I have the 0033 number if the order had definitely gone in?
I know there’s a bit of a wait for the handset (obviously as detailed in this thread!) but I’ve been given zero dates and can’t even view how things are progressing. They’re adamant the order is in but looking at comments from others in this thread there could be every chance it hasn’t and as they’ve given me no rough dates to work to, I have no idea at what point I should chase it. For reference I ordered a 512 PM in Natural Titanium.
