Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Some do and some don’t. Just have ID on you and show them the app.

Did the DPD status change before receiving please? Also did you manage to opt for Priority delivery Before 12 noon delivery.

I assume you logged in on the EE app went to your order and entered your details there? If that’s the case and nothing showing then yeah - you’ll need to speak to EE again to see what the status of your order is. Mine updated today with an EDD of 13th - 17th. Ordered 16th 8:30am confirmation email received at 9am!

That’s what I was thinking?? Mine says between 13-17th October for 15PM 256GB NT, could it could sooner then?

I think the estimate deliveries times are just based on when the orders were placed and for what product... probably again just rough estimate of it.. maybe its their targets... and to make us not contacting them as often...I think they expect more deliveries coming through now. So fingers crossed.

Does anyone know the latest you can get your DPD Delivery Timeslot? Mine's still showing awaiting my parcel, I'm thinking about putting a day off in tomorrow so I can be home for the delivery., but I don't want to put that in then get my delivery timeslot for today?
