Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Anyone have any ideas how to track on EE website. I have tried using my 0033 number with both mobile and email but it says cannot show order details right now. 
move spoken to CS numerous times over the past 2 weeks both on the phone and chat and they all say it’s because it’s not dispatched - which is rubbish because seems like 95% of people on here can. 
Now it sounds like it’s updating with expected delivery dates. I want to see it more than ever. Any help will be appreciated 🙏🏻

Big news this morning! My order has updated saying Expected delivery date: "30 Oct 2023 - 03 Nov 2023" it gave no date before today. I ordered the 15 pro max 512GB in NT for your info.

I don't blame EE for the late delivery, They can only send out what they get from Apple.  The contract they will have with Apple will not allow them to speak publicly about failed deliveries from Apple.  Even though EE is a customer of Apple, they will have little no choice but to take what they are given.  If EE stopped selling iPhones, most customer would switch to another provider. iPhones count for 49% of all phone sales in the UK.

What I do blame EE for is their handling of the situation.   They need to be more consistent with their messaging and also increase the frequency of updayes even if it is to say they have nothing more to add.

I preordered on Sept 15th, however due to the EE system issues I couldn’t confirm my order until the 20th.

I got the DPD text, then at 23:27 I got an update saying they got my parcel, then at 5:27 this morning had another update saying it was at my local depot

Ordered Pro Max black 256 on the 19th. EE tracking has this morning estimated delivery between 20th-24th October. The first update whatsoever I've had since ordering.

Oh no, I think mine might have either got stuck or be waiting to be scanned. Mine still says they are awaiting my parcel. What a shame ☹️
