Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Oh sorry guys not sure why that is. It went from order confirmed all the way to order dispatched in the space on an hour

I finally got this notification in my DPD app last night. I ordered the BLACK 15 PRO MAX 256GB at around 10pm-ish on 15/09 with an order confirmation at 00:34 on 16/09.

Well I've spoke to EE via the chat and they've just said I'll receive the pin before my delivery, and that my details are correct on DPD's side, so I asked if they knew if it would arrive today and their response to that was that it's showing under "Process". I guess I just have to wait & see ☹️

DPD App still says "We're expecting your Parcel"

I have the expected delivery date update for the same dates but no DPD text/notification. So I'm not sure if it's accurate you may just get it today/tomorrow I think the update is a general guideline maybe?

I ordered on 16th. Got confirmation on the 17th and my EDD is 30th Oct - 3rd Nov 😢😢

Ordered earlyish on 16th and my expected delivery is 12-17th October for PM NT 256. When I ordered it said 14 days

Tried to speak to CS on chat this morning to ask why some with later confirmations and order numbers than mine are receiving DPD notifications but I haven’t got anything yet. The agent refused to believe this is happening, said it’s impossible and people lie on the internet all the time 😂 he couldn’t be budged

My order has just jumped straight from order confirmation to order dispatched but DPD still hasn’t updated since last night and they are still waiting to receive my phone.
