Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Logged on this morning expected delivery date is the 9th-11th. I’m not entirely sure I trust it because I did order super late this time & was told October/November. If it is true EEs “first come first serve” is rubbish lol

I’ll be so annoyed if it doesn’t come today after getting my DPD text last night like a lot of others. I’m hoping there is just a delay in DPD’s end and my order will be scanned at my local depot today. The rest of the week I’m not in the country because of my job.

Mines updated through the night to 13-17 Oct so  based on yours being 10th then hopefully mine is Wednesday this week🤣 just happy EE have actually give me a time frame🤣

The first come first serve basis is **bleep** it’s just a script they read to calm people down 

I ordered my 15PM NT within the first hour on the 15th, I only received a text to confirm the order and I had to get my 02 number from CS, I only received a text on the 21st to say it’s on track and have not got anything since and people on here have ordered after me and already got their phones or waiting on delivery after dpd update 

it’s just a waiting game now, hopefully today and tomorrow we receive some kind of update, I was in touch with CS yesterday and they said my phone is at the warehouse waiting to dispatch but that’s totally bull as well lol cause I can’t even track it

Morning all. Just checked my tracking, ordered on the 16th 8:30am, tracking now saying expected delivery date is 13th - 24th Oct. FCFS is non existent. But at least I finally have an update which fails within the 28 days from pre-order! Never know, it may even turn up earlier than that.  🤞🏾

WE FINALLY HAVE MOVEMENT PEOPLE - HALLELUJAH….
