Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

@Gomrathb @Radeon85OCUK - mine has updated to say the generic “Your order is coming soon” message and a delivery date of 30 October - 03 November… Now I’m incredibly annoyed as I was told I would receive the phone lastest 16th October. Now there’s an additional two weeks on top of that? I’m going to cancel as another month wait isn’t my order coming soon is it 😡 Might as well have ordered from Apple to get at the same time for £100 less!

I don’t blame you - what a nightmare! I’m sure I’ll phone them in the morning and I’m sure I’ll get absolutely nowhere!

I’m very confused. Got my text last night from DPD, it still says they are expecting my parcel but haven’t collected it and yet it’s supposed to be delivered today but my EE tracking now says 6th - 10th October but I could choose a slot for it to be delivered between 12-6pm today….. somethings not adding up.

Yeah that is strange. But at the moment I’m not sure the left hand (EE) knows what the right hand (DPD) is doing 🙄

Ordered my pro max on the 30th of September so a bit behind the curve any ideas when it will come? 😂 I was told 6 weeks but not convinced it will be this side of November lol

I’ll stick my neck on the line and say you won’t have anywhere near that long. Mine is due around 10th October…but it’s coming today

That’s good to hear then, did you pre order yours? On my tracking where it says expected delivery date it says awaiting confirmation but lower down it says the order is confirmed so tracking is behind  for some reason so it still doesn’t have a estimated delivery date 🤷‍♂️

My DPD app still just says they've got details and are expecting my parcel shortly, I've had nothing from EE at all. So now the cynic in me wonders if they aren't dispatching at all and have just created a "placeholder" job with DPD so when it is ready to go they've done the admin for it... but maybe I'm just jaded by the last fortnight
