Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

If you don’t get it today it’ll be tomorrow. If you think logically, they’ll have so many parcels to get through. Yours has likely been picked but didn’t get it out before the cut off last night.

Sorry I don’t understand. Last night I got the DPD pin and DPD app updated. When I type in my 03 into the EE tracker it now says expected 8-12 October 😂

On my tracking where it says expected delivery date it says awaiting confirmation but lower down it says the order is confirmed so tracking is behind  for some reason so it still doesn’t have a estimated delivery date the ee tracking seems to be a bit fu**ed

Sorry, I meant to ask if the DPD app says anything. For example a few of us has tracking that just says “we’ve received your order details, are we’re expecting your parcel shortly”. Just wondering if yours says that as well?

I ordered 15th September and always said that. Only changed to give a date range today

No, mine is on the way to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. I reckon yours will either update today and say it’s at your local hub OR there will be a slight delay and you’ll get tomorrow

Just imagine all the phones that were in the process of being picked up last night. The DPD lorry will have arrived at a certain time and although some picked, they won’t yet be packed up and on the lorry until todays pick up. Or like I said you’ll get a notification later today it’s at your local hub and delivered today 😊
