Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

You might want to check your order again. There is no 128GB in the pro series

There is in the pro it starts at 128 but not pro max as that starts at 256

There is the normal pro as 128gb it’s the pro max that starts at 256gb

Actually delays like this aren’t inevitable with integrated logistics. These things can easily be ironed out if the two companies are willing to work more closely together to manage their supply chains and work with customers more closely. But they don’t.

By talking with customer services they gave me account credit compensation and agreed to have my contract still renew in September and not when the phone is delivered (most likely mid-October) as they’re telling people. You just need to talk to them.

The xko number is just an EE acknowledgement of your order, a 0033 number is confirmation of the order.

Well that's funny as my confirmed order starts with xko so not sure you're correct there

Xko number is acknowledgement that EE have received your request. An order 0033 number is confirmation. This is from chat yesterday.
