Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

@Arkness555 yes, just my opinion.

I understand why you’d come on and almost troll people saying you’ve got it but sending it back etc. this is not the place for that, make another thread.

Possibly not true, I'm in the same boat as @Quark9991 with only an XKO received via email, but any time I call up and enquire they say they have my order, and it is in process with the Warehousing team to be picked and packed. I'd hope that over the few phone calls I've had with them re the 0033 numbers they actually do have my order 😝

At least it’s almost the weekend and we can get a couple of days away from the lack of updates

I ordered both my wife and I's upgrades, 14 Pro Max's to 15 Pro Max's in Blue and White respectively, Blue has arrived today so 7 day delay, on the phone with EE right now regarding the White, when i ordered i was told they all had the same delay in delivery dates except the natural which was sold out and had a 28+ day delay. I've now been told the White was also in the 28+ day delay so no phone for me until at least the end of October. Absolute shambles. over £200 a month we pay for our phones and the delay to be that long, and misled over the delays is unacceptable. So enjoy your phones everyone, i may see mine in time for christmas but i wont hold my breath. This may end up being my last renewal with EE if this level of 'service' is the norm. I am well aware the delays are caused by manufacturer, but EE's job is to communicate the delay properly and clearly, which they havent done in my case.

Not true, and not helpful to some people's stress levels to say when it's not the case! xko is just a different order number, probably web generated.

Guys there really is absolutely zero point keep ringing them, it's quite clear they're just giving a default stock answer that has no relation to your exact order. You'll be told 28 days, but could be tomorrow or could be three weeks so don't waste your time and energy!

We seem to all experience the same thing every year.. same discussions.. and same frustrations.. to be honest guys you just need to accept the delays are inevitable and by getting worked up its not going to help.  Like a toby I ordered a iPhone 15 pro (not a max) by accident and had it delivered last week on release day.. I wanted the pro max so I sent it back!  Ive reordered it and now just got to wait - the delays are the same across carriers and Apple themselves, so just need to be patient.. I was told it will be 28+ days which is fair enough.. demand is there for the phone, so once it dies out you'll get it!

I only ordered mine a couple of days ago (15 pro) and see the dispatch being dedicated in 24 hours on the order tracker.  I called yesterday and was told 21 days.

I ordered the 15 pro NT on the 23rd and was also told 21 days. Seems like they’re having more issues with the PM but who knows.
