iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just got off the phone, he was (seemingly) honest with me and said that it will be a 1-2 month delay AT LEAST with most if not all Pro Max's now. Didn't elaborate on why apparently that's just what they've been told. So I have decided to see what Stock is like on the Plus and go down to that.

Hi, I've tried not to be too involved and just watched with amusement, but I also can't quite understand where I am. I ordered online on the 15th and only got an xko confirmation email - nothing else at all.

It's a 15 Pro in Blue, 512 GB. I checked the form, and everyone has the 0033 phone order numbers - where do I stand with the xko? Have they lost it completely, should I call and place a phone one now, should I just wait? Why is everyone else getting delay texts and emails and can track their order whereas mine can't be found?

It will vary on when you ordered, the model and your order number. They’re saying that to cover their backs. Most colours have gone out in the last week, you would assume they would have SOME stock of white/NT/black in the next week - 10 days and they’ll trickle out slowly based on order number 

@Arkness555 this screams buyers remorse. 

no offence pal but everyone on here is frustrated as they want their phones, you come on to state you not only have the phone, but it’s c***, overhyped and you are sending it back!

I received mine on Tuesday and it’s fine, no issues at all.

Call and place another one, and don’t cancel the previous one. Wait until you see which one comes first. Or can cancel the current one and place the new order over the phone. I did cancel the one with the similar order number to yours and l received the new order number while l was on the phone with ee. Even though no movement on my order but l can track it on my ee

Buyers remorse really…

I complained like everyone else to get it  yes I’m aware as per my last post not everyone has the issue but it is there! I passed the 14 as was pointless.

I also ordered online on the 15th of Sept and have only my XKO number, i got it by email in my confirmation of the order. I also haven't got any kind of 0033 number which I must admit concerns me with where my order might be or when it might turn up. When  I call or message EE they just say I won't get a 0033 until it's dispatched even though clearly that's facile as other's who are still waiting on dispatch since the 16th have a 0033 number - but they won't hear it.

I believe that is not a confirmed order, so yes call them now to find out. Be prepared thou to discover they will confirm the order when you call and that will be the date your order starts from. Not the date the nko confirmation number you received. 

Wishing you the best of luck. I spoke to them this morning about a separate billing issue and enquired about my pre-order. As I ordered on the 16th he said potential by mid October which fits in with the 28 days others who ordered 15th/16th have been advised. Orders from this date are now over 28 days and if Apple delivery date is accurate - end of Novemeber potentially for you get yours!

I ordered 2 x PM 256GB in Blue on 17th Sept AM over the phone. Had an 03 confirmation email shortly after. I received the texts saying your order is on track just like everyone else.

Yesterday received a DPD text with a pin, and the handsets have been delivered before 10am today. Still no notifications from EE but the tracking order page has updated. 

So far so good. 

The advisor did ask which colour I wanted at the time of order, and when I couldn’t decide, the advisor stated that the Blue would be within 28 days but all other PMs would be over 28 days from that point. 

Hope everyone’s orders get delivered soon.
