Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Thinking only the blue colour select button worked when EE put their order in.

When I spoke to EE earlier they informed me they had no pro maxes, standard 15s or 15plus in stock, they only had the pro in white available. Go onto their app and there is a HUGE advertisement selling the new iPhone 😅 you cannot make this up.

Let’s be honest, the powers that be who make the overriding decisions at EE will not request the website is updated. Part of this is because the more pre-orders they take the more stock Apple will allocate them. It’s a numbers game sadly and as the interest in the new devices intensifies - it helps them get a bigger slice of allocation from Apple. And yes - stock is severely restricted at present but their end game is looking at the next 2 fiscal quarters and not us - existing customers sitting here waiting! Ironically if we ALL opted to cancel it would put a massive spanner in their plans! Something they know wont happen. So we simply have to suck it up and wait.

I don’t know if any of you where here for the fiasco that was the iPhone 13… we where waiting 5-6 WEEKS for orders put in at 13:00 on pre order day!! Everyone was getting £60 credits as compensation because of it.

Well when the phones finally came in there was ABSOLUTELY NO ORDER in what time you ordered your iPhone to when you got yours it was completely random and an absolute farse!!!

Glad the blues are finally here!! Lovely colour and I was tempted to get it but i was worried it looked too much like my blue 12 PM.. I like having the current years “HERO” colour personally but the blue is stunning!!

I’d imagine, with them having Monday and Wednesday delivery days we won’t hear nothing now until next week guys so… closing this app until I hear something from DPD next week then!!

So I ordered my iPhone 15 pro max & Apple Watch series 9 on the 19th over the phone I was told I would receive my items between Friday 22nd & monday 25th. I have had a text of dpd saying my watch is arriving tomorrow but still no updated on my phone, the watch is useless without the phone!! 

im phoning in everyday almost for a update on my order. 
I’ve asked for the likely waiting time is till I get my iPhone I was told a few days then a week then 21 days ! To me this is beyond a joke!! 

has anyone had any update on their phones who’s order roughly the same day as me!!

DPD tracking now shows parcel as collected from sender. EE tracking skipped a section and went straight to item dispatched. Got my DPD PIN 👍🏿🤞🏿
