Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Enjoy your blue PM's when they arrive everyone that got a text today. My wife called her blue Pro (not Max) on launch day and it's a beauty.

I'm still waiting for anything about my 256GB NT PM. All I've had is a text that said "Thanks for upgrading with EE" and the stop-bothering-us text. No xko number, no 02 number, no 03 number. I spoke to them the other day to see if there was a tracking number and the webchat advisor wouldn't give me it but assured me my order is on track and should be dispatched within 7-14 days (I'll believe it when I see it).

Ordered PM Blue 1TB 1pm 15th online, ended up confirming Sunday morning (wish I'd chased it up earlier!).. hopefully soon.

Still no 256GB Black Titanium.. seems like it’s the only colour that isn’t going out

There's been no 256GB White or Natural go out either. So far the only 256GB to be dispatched is Blue, both Monday and today.

256GB Natural has been out in the 1st batch. My partner also ordered and she got it on release day.

well we say it's only blue, but it's quite likely that most people ordered everything but blue and that they are not on this forum

Same boat as everyone else with my 15 PM NT 256GB ordered 15th and got my 03 code on Saturday at 17:46 my number is 0033094.

Yesterday I spoke to billing and he was annoyed as upgrades passed me to him when he couldn’t do anything for me and then he passed me to sales about the Watch Ultra 2 and he said something about the sales guy having good news for me about my phone and he will let him tell me, got on the phone and he said he has no further info for me about my phone and same as the rest so I wonder if he’s just said it to please me or if internally they said something positive that they aren’t telling customers, we will see I guess.

On another note I called up and enquired about Watch Ultra 2 and Upgrades CS gave my the price of £22 p/m and I called back yesterday to order after realising that makes the total contract only £528 for a £799 watch, they honoured it as it was their mistake with pricing so not all bad for me and that arrives tomorrow😁

I have one of, if not, the earliest White Pre-Order on this forum and still haven't got it. 

Having been in this forum since pre-order day I can say a lot of blue have been dispatched, the occasional Natural and a couple of black.

It's definitely blue flying out lol!

They haven’t got any stock and haven’t bothered changing the website at all just to take people’s orders/money. I’ve been saying to them since Friday last week they should not be showing as “in stock” and their response is our web team are working to change it. 6 days later and still the same. They obviously need to sack all the web team if they can’t update a web page in under 6 days!!!
