Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

would also like too add that the tracking page still says order confirmed, no dispatch notification nothing, and nothing from EE either

They’re literally just saying that to get rid of you and try to put you off getting back in touch any time soon - it’s totally meaningless.

Just got my DPD notification and PIN. ‘We’re expecting your parcel from EE, you’ll need this PIN…’🤞🏿

Also just  got the DPD notification. Ordered PM blue 256 on the 18th.

Just got my DPD text with 4 digit PIN, parcel showing as collect from sender but nothing from EE.

Ordered PM 256 Blue @ 9am 16th with email confirmed order, after having issues with preorder on 15th due to the EE system crash.

Hope you all start seeing some movement soon.
