Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

DPD tried to deliver and as I didn't have the pi they couldn't deliver,,,they resent it but the number they had was not my correct phone number,,so EE my mobile phone supplier gave DPD my wrong phone number to text the delivery code,,,absolutely shocking (or maybe not) beyond belief,

EE business webpage still showing stock of all models/colours and has done since last Friday, 22nd. They should not be allowed to get away with this as it’s false advertising. Just proves they don’t give a sh*t about their customers. Just money grabbing!

Monday was also dominated by the Blue 256GB DPD texts ☹️

Starting to wish I'd just gone with that colour 🙄

It’ll be interesting to see how the sheet looks after all the blue updates.

I love seeing the reactions as people get their notifications. Successful person is thrilled and then comes the anger from others

Just spoken to CS after ordering on the 16th around 9:00AM. 

Said they ordered around 15k phones for this week from Apple but only 900 have arrived. I ordered a PM 256GB Natural Titanium. Not too bothered as it'll arrive when it arrives, just thought to get an update on my order and provide the info I got to all of you.

15PM 256GB ordered on the 16th at 9:30am 

Hopefully that means tomorrow.

Just checked and they really do, if that stock info is correct on the EE business page then that really ****** me off if they have every PM colour and storage capacity in stock, seriously EE deivert your stock to paying and waiting customers!

I've just been on the chat also just to see if there's any progress for either my 15 PM NT 256GB or my 15 PM BT 256GB. I've been told I should wait another 8-10 working days, and they suggested I wait until the 7th-10th of October to get my tracking.
